a weekend of pure bliss
perfect location cute staff beautiful room warm fireplace
the location was perfect for exploring the waterfront. the staff were cute especially during check in. i found the room beautiful with thoughtful decorations. i also enjoyed the warm fireplace in the lobby a perfect touch for a romantic evening.
the hallways seemed a bit dark , made it slightly difficult to navigate at times.

dated room temperature fluctuation
the staff was friendly enough, and the location was good (it's near the water).
The room i had was really disappointing. the shower's temperature was hard to control, fluctuating a lot. also, the room felt quite dated and just didn't smell clean. It needed some serious updating.

the location provides easy access to the city.
the check-in process was slow. there was only one person working when i arrived. other staff seemed uninterested in assisting. the room's air conditioning did not function and the toilet required multiple flushes to work effectively..

The location was acceptable, a short walk from many places.
The bathroom was too dark, I could hardly see myself in the mirror! the room lighting was dim. I hate it when hotels think you can see in the dark.
